Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Thoenen Solutions GmbH, doing business as Pfotenbilanz ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Switzerland, based in Fehraltorf. Our VAT number is CHE-347.243.161.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments are in Swiss Francs.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial of the services. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription plan you selected unless you cancel. Billing commences at the end of the free trial period.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include systematically retrieving data, making unauthorized use of the services, and sending unsolicited communications.

9. Term and Termination

These legal terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the services. We reserve the right to deny access to the services to anyone for any reason at any time.
